Once upon a time, a long time ago
A friend and I were discussing working at what you are passionate about, and how that doesn't seem like work at all.... I was asked," If you could do anything at all, what would it be?" I thought on this for 3 weeks and I came up with my answer. "I'd have a tack store!" I knew it was the right decision because things just started "falling in my lap". With much help from family and friends, The Trading Post Feed and Tack Ltd. was born on Nov 18th 1985 and I haven't worked a day since! .

Ever since I could walk I loved horses. Every birthday or Christmas, when asked what I wanted, the answer was always the same. “A horse!” When I was 13 years old, I brought a proposition to my mother. Diamond J Dude Ranch in Cloverdale would billet their ponies out for the winter. I could have my own pony for the winter!!
